For HTET 2024 Paper 1, candidates need an intermediate education and a diploma in elementary education. Paper 2 requires a Bachelor’s degree with a B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
The passing criteria for HTET are:
60% for general/Unreserved candidates.
55% for S.C./Physically Challenged/Differently Abled Haryana Domicile candidates.
60% for S.C./Physically Challenged/Differently Abled candidates from other states.
For HTET Level 2 (TGT for Classes 6-8), candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree with D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. For Level 1 (PRT for Classes 1-5), a Class 12 pass with 50% marks and a D.El.Ed. is required.
